  Called the office for an initial consultation for my son. The receptionist came across being in her own zone of dental importance and the dentist time for leaving home early!! When I asked for an appointment outside school hours, she felt dental health was more important than school. She was more focused on her own diary and the dentist wanting to leave early on Mondays and Tuesdays! My diary and priorities was her second priority. I am new to the concept of dental care in the US, so wonder if it's an insurance thing rather than an ethical code of practice? She did nothing to welcome me to the practice and she failed to win me and my family as new clients of the practice. When I indirectly made my point, for my dissatisfaction, by stating that I will call another local dental office for an earlier and convenient time she said good bye!!! I do not think this office needs new dental clients/patients but I hope they are looking better after their existing ones! I recommend you don't call them for your dental needs, but call the maple lawn dental care instead, as they came across very professional and willing to accommodate my needs as new client to their clinic.
